Your plan will be progressive and designed to increase your fitness, strength, flexibility, muscle tone and metabolic rate. It will also be designed to maximise your results and assist you in maintaining your goal weight.
Depending on your needs, you’ll receive weekly workout plans that will be catered to all fitness levels – beginners, intermediate and advanced.
