Personal training has many benefits, you learn how to change your body the way you want to from an expert who has helped many people get into the shape they want to get into. You also know that you’ll be motivated to go to the gym, and you’ll have the support to push through when you’re not feeling it. Not only that but you’ll be able to ask me any questions, at any time. Be it about exercise, nutrition or anything else to do with fitness. Personal training is an amazing tool for beginners to help reach your fitness and physical goals. But it’s also great for people who have been in the gym for a long time, mixing things up and getting another persons view on things can reignite your passion for exercise and also help you tweak a couple of things that could be holding you back from how you want to look… and feel!
Please note this is an in person personal training session. It is for one session which lasts one hour. You need to be a member of 247 fitness in York, or be willing to pay £5 for a day pass each time you want to train.
