    Before starting the plan I was eating what I thought was healthy enough foods but I didn’t have a clue the amounts of calories, proteins, carbs or fats I was consuming per day. I knew I needed help when my body fat percentage started creeping back up again. Now I know exactly what my body needs and I actually wait until I feel hungry before I eat, rather than when I think I’m hungry. Although I wasn’t big to start with, I feel so much better in myself now and my abs are even more defined which was the plan, it was well worth doing as I’m very happy with my body.
